The mismatch
Chat is linear.
Work is not.
Projects branch, converge, pause, resume and change hands. Evidence accumulates. Decisions are revisited. Intent must survive across conversations, tools, people, models and agents.
A chronological feed can record what was said. By itself, it cannot represent the structure of the work. Parallel lines of thought collapse into one stream; decisions drift away from their evidence; the next conversation begins with another manual reconstruction.
Project Symphix explores a different model: the project persists, while conversations become anchored threads within it.
